The 3 Common Types of Astral Projection, and How to Experience It

Astral projection is the practice of separating your soul or consciousness from your physical body and allowing the former to travel throughout the universe on the astral plane. It’s a common practice for many pagans, Wiccans, and adherents to new age beliefs, as well as being excellent for self-discovery and personal improvement. People could be interested in astral projection for many reasons, and there are many ways that practitioners can accomplish their task. Projection Through Meditation

Projection Through An Out of Body Experience

An out of body experience is exactly what it sounds like – knowingly existing outside the confines of your physical body. In an out of body experience, you separate your physical body from your astral one by achieving mental and physical relaxation while aligning your own internal vibrations with external vibration frequencies.
